Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping anywhere in Australia.
Dispatch: your order ships from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive 7–13 working days after you order. We email your tracking number when it ships.
Where we ship: Australia only, for now.
Delays and lost parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your parcel goes missing, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Wrong address: check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address.
