Who we are. This store is run by Velva (ABN 46 698 829 627), a small business on the Gold Coast, Queensland. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include free shipping in Australia. Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

Orders. We confirm your order by email. If a pricing or stock error happens, we may cancel an order and refund you in full.

Using your Velva pen. Velva is a cosmetic tool for removing fine facial hair and dry skin. It isn't a medical device or a treatment for any medical condition. Read the instruction manual before use. Use it on clean, dry skin; do a patch test first; don't use it over breakouts, moles, cuts, sunburn or irritated skin; keep it away from your eyes. If you notice sudden or heavy new hair growth, see your GP.

Your rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
